Mikaël Gossiaux joined Hirsch & Vanhaelst in September 2011.
He advises businesses in all tax law matters, including VAT and companies restructuring. He regularly represents clients in tax, civil and criminal courts.
Before joining Hirsch & Vanhaelst, Mikaël was an associate at the Brussels based firms Philippe & Partners and Afschrift.
He teaches VAT law as part of the Master in Tax Managment at the Solvay Business School and European Tax Law at EPHEC.
He is a member of the Brussels Bar since 2004.
He practices in French, English and Dutch.
